Dark, semisweet chocolate. It’s even a little bitter. The texture is typically grainy and chewy, which makes me realize that one of the best things about a REAL chocolate brownie is the texture. It reminds me of a failed batch of no-bake cookie bars. Even though I normally love dark chocolate, this is one of the worst implementations of dark chocolate I’ve come across. Disappointing, but not terrible.
