The clouds parted, the angelic choir sang, and all was right with the world. This flavor is the reason I started doing these ratings — well that and because I wanted to play with WordPress — and because I’m kind of on a Cliff Bar kick. Of all the bars so far, this is the only one to get a perfect rating. Miraculously, the coolness of white chocolate combined with the unique flavor of macadamia nuts overpowers the rice syrup! Thank God I’m not a dog — how cruel fate would be to tempt me with the perfect Clif Bar, and then afflict me with macadamia toxicosis.
The only other bar that comes close is Cool Mint Chocolate, with four-and-a-half stars.
My mom and I had one. It was good. Just a little disappointed there wasn’t more white chocolate on it.
